Glasgow Buildings

On our first day in Glasgow we arrived to a very wet and grey city as I always picture Scotland would be. It was my first time in the country and I had planned everything in advance to make sure I had time to check everything I wanted during the four days we stayed in Glasgow. After dropping our bags at the hotel we decided to walk around the city and explore what we had around. I've been drawn to visit Glasgow since I became fascinated with Charles Rennie Mackintosh work, and as an industrial city Glasgow's buildings are mix of victorian buildings, modernist architecture and industrial warehouses. As we walked around we soon figured how short distances are in the city and how you could walk pretty much everywhere. These pictures were taken around the University buildings and bellow you can see me in front of the replica of Mackintosh's house near Glasgow University.

Let it Happen

Camel Coat: Vintage / Roll Neck: ASOS / Flared trousers: H&M / Bag: Purificación García Sneakers: Adidas Stan Smith Jewellery: CINCO

Saturday's are the day to go to new places and even on the super windy/rainy ones I like to make the effort to go outside. A couple of Saturdays ago, after a short visita to the ICA we had a little walk around St. James Park, a park that strangely enough I had never visited before in London. The  park is surrounded by absolutely beautiful victorian buildings but also the Ministry of Justice building an amazing brutalist tower just off the tube station, which made the perfect excuse to capture some snaps.

A Lack of Color

Jacket: The Whitepepper / Roll Neck: ASOS / Knitted trousers: Zara / Bag: Purificación García Sneakers: Nike Roshe Flyknit iD

A full black outfit is my go to safe choice when it comes to everyday dressing. Weekends call for comfort and knitted and jersey are some of my favourite fabrics. I'm wearing a boxy neoprene jacket a kind gift from the time I was still working at The Whitepepper and I paired it with on of my favourite pair of knitted trousers and my brand new Nike Roshe Flyknit. The pictures were taken at Somerset House on a lovely sunny afternoon, hope you like it!

Royal College of Physicians

Coat: Bimba y Lola / Jumper: H&M / BagPurificación García Watch: Larson and Jennings

A couple of weekends ago, on a super grey Saturday, me and the boyfriend went for a long walk around Regent's Park. The weather was suuuuuper unpleasant but we just kept going, only to stumble upon this brutalism masterpiece The Royal College of Physicians. It's located just off Regent's Park and although it's fully made of concrete and straight line shapes it does not clash in any way with the victorian building that surround it.
