Another post on our New York holiday this time spent between food, galleries and museums. The above pictures were taken from The New Museum in Manhattan.
The first food spot of the day was The Butcher's Daughter, a lovely corner café serving delicious vegetarian dishes and cold pressed juices. Most of the menu is vegan and gluten-free, so it's a great spot if you have any diet restrictions.
The day was spent visiting the New Museum and the Guggenheim's Frank Lloyd Wright–designed museum. Sadly Guggenheim's rotunda gallery was closed for visit.
The weather in New York is constantly changing and from the sunny weather you can see on Guggenheim's pictures we crossed the street to Central Park and finished the day with a long walk through amongst the rain. Stay tuned for more posts about my trip to New York during the next few days.
